Stefano Brugnerotto is the founder of AI4K12, an initiative dedicated to helping schools integrate artificial intelligence into their classrooms through professional development, curriculum design, and educator support.
He holds a Master’s Diploma in Artificial Intelligence from Oxford University and has worked with schools across the country to prepare students and teachers for the future of learning.
With a deep understanding of how AI is transforming education, Stefano partners with school leaders to deliver engaging faculty workshops, support AI curriculum planning, and train faculty to become AI ambassadors within their schools and beyond.
His mission is simple: empower educators and position schools to lead—not follow—in the age of AI.

Luis Carlos Chacón is a foresight and innovation strategist with over two decades of experience advising global organizations on navigating future trends. He holds postgraduate degrees in Global Business and Business Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford and an Executive Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business at Oxford Saïd Business School.
As a Forbes op-ed columnist since 2015, Luis has contributed extensively to discussions on socioeconomic, cultural, and industry futures.
His expertise in trend forecasting and strategic planning informs his role at AI4K12, where he focuses on integrating foresight methodologies into AI education, preparing students to adapt to rapidly evolving technological landscapes.
Education Engagement Lead
Tyler Johnson brings a strong background in student engagement and education equity to his role at AI4K12. Before joining the initiative, he served as a senior program coordinator for a national nonprofit dedicated to teaching underprivileged students the art of public speaking and self-expression.
His work helped empower hundreds of students to build confidence, communication skills, and a belief in their own potential.
At AI4K12, Tyler supports school partnerships and helps shape programs that make artificial intelligence education accessible and inspiring to all students—especially those historically underrepresented in tech.
Tyler believes AI education should be hands-on, human-centered, and rooted in real-world impact.
Advisor
Taylor Shinaberry is a dedicated educator with over five years of classroom experience. She brings a hands-on, student-centered approach to her work and a clear understanding of the everyday challenges teachers face.
While studying at Ohio Wesleyan University, Taylor led the creation of their Special Education major and partnered with faculty to align the program with the Council for Accreditation of Educator Program (CAEP) standards.
She currently teaches middle school science at Saint Jane de Chantal School in Bethesda, Maryland, where she combines traditional teaching methods with emerging technologies to create engaging, meaningful learning experiences.
Her work has fueled a growing interest in the role of artificial intelligence in education—particularly how it can support teachers and enhance student learning. Now in her advisory role, Taylor brings her classroom expertise to help schools explore thoughtful, effective ways to integrate AI.
Advisor
Dr. Paul Barker brings over 39 years of experience in education to his advisory role at AI4K12. As the former President of Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland, he led the institution for 12 years, enhancing its academic programs and infrastructure.
Under his leadership, the school expanded its STEM offerings, constructed a state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center, and earned national recognition for its commitment to student empowerment.
Dr. Barker's educational journey began in New Zealand, where he developed a passion for literature and teaching. His international experience and dedication to holistic student development have made him a respected figure in educational leadership.
At AI4K12, Dr. Barker advises on curriculum development and strategic partnerships, ensuring that the initiative aligns with the evolving needs of schools and students in the age of artificial intelligence

Justin Molloy serves as Dean of Students at St. John’s College High School in Washington, D.C., bringing nearly two decades of experience in education to the AI4K12 advisory team. He previously spent 18 years at St. Jane de Chantal School, where he taught middle school social studies and served as 8th grade homeroom teacher and Assistant Principal.
A lifelong product of the Chevy Chase education community, Justin is an alumnus of Blessed Sacrament and St. John’s College High School. He earned his degree in History and Politics from Virginia Military Institute (VMI) and has built his career on strengthening student culture and leadership development.
As an advisor to AI4K12, Justin offers insight on curriculum integration, student experience, and school culture—ensuring AI education remains relevant, ethical, and mission-aligned across private school environments.
